I changed jobs about 9 years ago and just didn't see the weight coming back on. About 27 years ago I scared myself I stepped on a scale it said 305 ouch. I lost 30lbs before I got married and continued to lose 70 more lbs. Wow I was early 40's and at the wieght I graduated from High School. I was referring about 5 to 6 soccer matches a week after work and weekends keeping the weight off. I changed careers and because of having no work schedule, on call 24/7 I had to give up referring. The weight slowly came back with the inactivity. So November 2011 I tip the scales at 284 lbs. I went wow not again. My wife is very athletic and is a soccer referee and H.S. wrestling referee. Together we decided we need to start eating better. So now to March 2012 I've lost 10lbs. Yeah but I need to lose more. Now into this story of weight loss comes my youngest son. He calls home a couple of times a week, he's in the Army at Fort Knox KY. he is 10 lbs over Army standards for his age and height. So I make a wager with him who ever can lose the 10 lbs the fast win $10.00. Well I won did it just over two weeks. I haven't looked back since so far a total of 45 lbs lost and 15 lbs. to go.Then hold that weight for at least a year I plan on maintaining the weight for good and order my 8yd tank. Thanks for letting me ramble
