Having just received a new (much larger) grain flaker/crusher, and having a nice bucket of tasty whole oats out in the root cellar, I'm sensing a plan here...
(Moistened grains flake, most dry grains -- oats, wheat, barley, corn -- crack. I like my oats cracked into grits just before cooking. Heh...the first one to say "Oat snob!" can go sing for their oatcakes elsewhere!)
