    Yes mate, they were a house brand of the House of Scotland in Whitehorse Rd, Balwyn that were an ecru colour when I first bought them. They are pure wool. I subsequently dyed them using coffee grounds in luke warm water (with added salt) Just left them in a bucket for roughly 36hrs, stirring it whenever I remembered. I have also done the same with tea on a pair that were originally oatmeal, but had faded over a number of years of washing.
