Time again for the annual Dayton Hamvention. This is a convention of Amateur Radio Operators. Attendance figures for 2011 were reported at 22,312. Over the years there have been a few in attendance wearing kilts. For the past couple of years only myself and one other member of this group, KC8UFV, have attended in a kilt. I figured we would shake a few others out of the woodwork since the precedence has been set for kilts at Hamvention. We will try again this year. This is my 43rd year of continuous attendance. I know we have other Ham Radio operators that are member of this group. If any of you are coming to Dayton for Hamvention let me know.
I find it amusing that both of us have found our way into pictures and videos. I ran across a video of the flea market where KC8UFV managed to make it in the picture. I also ran across this photo of me from 2010.
