Thanks for the input! When I get to doing this I'm sure I will need some hand holding and advice.

I've been remiss on updating this post. Here are a few more finds. Hubby and I both really like sweaters but it is not often cool enough here to wear them... that doesn't stop us from having a few.

This a very nice bulky dark green wool sweater that had a built in cotton neck scarf. We think the neck scarf is to keep the wool off sensitive neck skin in addition to looking custom made, we have never seen anything like it. The picture of it hanging does not do it justice! It was $5.99.

This ladies red sweater is lambswool. It has had a bit of wrong washing and is just barely felted, and fits me perfectly! It will go very nicely with a grey, black, and red Pendelton skirt I am redoing. It was $6.99.

This L.L.Bean ladies vest is made of Scottish wool woven in China! It says so right on the label! We found that to be entertaining. It was $4.99.

Nice finds. I've been looking for more tweed jackets but haven't found much. I think the spring cleaning rush must be over.

I found a jacket and waist coat (non matching) to try to convert for hubby but haven't taken pictures of it yet. Also a nice tweed vest for me. I love that Mr. Lauren!
