Portland Highland Games 2013 and XMarks Members Attending
Gentlemen and Ladies,
I do not know if this is located in the right posting spot. Moderators, I also posted in the Games and Gathering area, if if this is where this belongs instead, please adjust accordingly, thank you.
To those Xmark members and associated, that are planning on attending the Portland Highland Games this year, if you're wanting for a little local meet up/get together on Saturday evening of the games, may I suggest that you venture to a highly rated Scottish Pub 10 miles away. Being very easy to get to, located in a neighboring community of Oregon City, the "Highland Stillhouse" might be a good place to have a face to face visit. Offering the "best" Fish N Chip, bangers n mash, and other highland grub, along with a great variety of brews ( so I'm told, as I don't partake), this is a wonderful place to see some Xmarkers and visit.
If you'd like address or directions, drop me a PM. I'd love to meet some of the Xmark community Saturday eve, as for myself, I have to work all the days of the Games locally.

Alas, I can't make it; I signed up for the Lakefair 1/2 marathon in Olympia, WA, the same weekend... However, I'll be at Enumclaw the following weekend if any XMTS members wish to tilt a pint!

We were there on Friday evening after we set up the clan tent for the games.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.
