Mael: Nice relaxed cool-looking outfit. I like that hose, tattersall shirt, and simple sporran. Happy Friday!

I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Today we were making final preparations for my daughters wedding. Wore my USAK Celtic Nations Casual. Rehearsal and dinner tonight. No kilt during the wedding tomorrow but I will be kilting up for the reception.

Today, I am wearing my USAK semi-trad in Malcolm tartan. I went to a neighboring community to borrow their survey plot plan to make a copy. When their maintenance man saw me, he said it's Friday! I shared with their staff it was William Wallace Day.

When I was leaving the Fed Ex Office with my copies, a lady stopped in the doorway mouth agape and said, "I was just talking about kilts!" Then calling to her man "look honey a kilted gentleman."

Tonight our local Scottish Society will have a dinner to commemorate William Wallace Day.

Today is my first day on the job kilted. So far so good, enjoying the conversation of ethnic fashion with several coworkers of different nationalities.

As soon as I can get someone to snap a shot, I'll post up the evidence.

Looks good. One of the ladies at work keeps suggesting I should make Fridays a kilt day. I have worn the kilt to work but only for special occasions at this point. Today I was working a half day so decided to wear the kilt. As I walked through the building one lady was talking to a co-worker. When she spotted me she stopped talking mid-sentence and did not say another word at least until I got out of hearing range. Who knows if she liked it or not. Another lady took a picture. No surprise for most in the office as they know I wear kilts. I did not get a picture unfortunately and I did not think to ask the one that took a picture to send me a copy. The lady that asked me to wear the kilt was out on vacation today. I guess I will have to wear it again.

The kilt was a USAKilt semi-trad in the American Heritage tartan. Worn with a red polo shirt and charcoal Lewis kilt hose.

I haven't had an opportunity to wear kilts to the office for the last couple of Fridays as I've had to attend client meetings off-site. But today I'm kilted in my SWK Shadow Tartan. I like this one for its simplicity.
