    There are loads of Scottish recipes on t'interweb, also.

    I'm at work at the moment so I can't really look, but if I remember next time I'm on the net at home, then I'll put up some links.

    Have you tried HAMLYNS, Martin? They carry pinhead oats, are in Scotland and you CAN order online (their prices include courier delivery to the UK mainland)!

    Edited to add:- Their website has some recipes, too (like for example:- Bacon wrapped turkey breasts, filled with leek and oatmeal stuffing (sounds good, eh?)).
