    I have Mike and Mindy's video and book and found them valuable. Not only from the perspective of technique but for their contrarian opinions. That is the same way I think and approach things. They say try what they tell you and then try the exact opposite. Find what works for you as opposed to those who think their way is the only way. I like that. I would like to see them perhaps produce some poster-type training aids combined with a list of drills that could be taken to the practice field.
