    MOD sporran strap design?

OK, I got a Black Watch horsehair sporran (the type with the gilt top as worn by pipers, sergeants, and officers). The trouble is that MOD straps are way too small for somebody my size.

So really cheaply on Ebay I got a long length of 3/4" white leather, to make one.

Question is, does anyone know just exactly what sort of buckle is used by The Black Watch on their white sporran straps?

This is the only image I could find, of the 1980s/1990s short ORs' sporran with (plastic) strap. Unless I learn otherwise, I'll probably use this as a basis to go on:

(EDIT: after posting this I was digging through a box of odd bits and guess what? I found an actual MOD white plastic sporran strap! I will cannibalise the hardware from it to make my new leather strap! It's different from the one above in that it has a metal keeper.)
