    The first one. Oswin is a cool (female) character in Dr Who, although it is actually a boy's name, and then there's the outrageously funny Maxwell Smart in Get Smart. So that's two TV characters that I like, although to be honest, I do tend to think that getting lumbered, I mean blessed, with any of these names would be a bit of a cross to bear. It's your prerogative, though.

    The names we picked (or haven't) are not common names, but where we live there are a fare amount of old traditional names eg. Gunner, Ollie, Trygve
    and Renate and this is just in my sons pre-school. We also have a neighbor who's twins named Thor and Freya will be going to school with our #2 son, there was also a Rett and a caitness born this year. When you stack these names up against that they're not so different. I do also feel that it doesn't
    matter what you name your kids someone else's kid will find away to pick on them.
