Perhaps some kind UK based member could order one for Panache, and send it on to him when it arrives?
I would certainly offer, but I'm not UK based either. Sorry.

I'm not sure why it's saying it's not available in the US. I ordered that exact same hat about a year ago and had no problems getting it shipped to Texas. It is indeed a good winter hat, with the fold-down ear warmers and forehead flap. I wore it in Kansas City last year when I was up there for business in the dead of winter, with temperatures below 0 degrees and a 2-mile walk from the hotel to my conference. I was sure glad to have it!

Its all right folks, there are always other hats!
As I write this somewhere my beloved F-H.C.A.G. shivers in horror…
Besides it is much more fun to buy them when you can try them on.
Cheers

Obviously available in Canada, Jamie. Want help getting one? Just PM me your size and a cheque and I'll ship. Made in Canada should have no tarrifs under the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Or is it? The UK site says this is a limited edition Harris Tweed Tilley (the colour is described as "scots pine") only available in the UK. It ain't cheap at £94 though. The standard winter woollen in the UK is £69.
Not trying to be pedantic, just wouldn't want anyone ending up with the wrong hat

Okay then, you're right. It isn't the Canadian hat. Sorry, Jamie!

I consoled myself with a $25 Woolrich flat (flap) cap
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A4JPU3E/..._M3T1_ST1_dp_1
Just the thing for we (stubborn) motorists that insist on driving in the colder months with the top down (unless it is actively raining)
Cheers

This hat: http://www.tilley.com/Tilley-TTW2-Tec-Wool-Hat.aspx though not Harris tweed, might be a suitable substitute for us Yanks.
My go-to winter hat is an insulated tweed flatcap with fold-down ear flaps. It's made by a company called Broner.
