I'm a landscape designer and spend a lot of time outdoors. since I'm from the south I came up with Southern Breeze as a screen name. I use the Tiki simply because I've installed a lot of Tiki bars and it kind of grows on you.

I think it is pretty obvious where my avatar and signature come from.
My Screen name comes from the days when I was a helicopter test pilot. My Call Sign was Mr. Wizard. I seemed to have a knack of how to teach aerodynamics so even a child could understand.
When I moved up here to Canada I changed that because I live in British Columbia (BC). And The Wizard of BC was born. "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain".

My avatar is a not too recent picture of myself. I will update it when I get the chance.
My screen name is a character I portray at Renaissance fairs (a lancer or foot soldier in the service of Mary, Queen of Scots and the Isles) and one of the years that she spent touring Scotland upon her return from France (1561-1565).
My signature is my first name and a list of groups that I belong to. I may change it one of these days.

My screen name is a play on the surname of my Scots-Irish matrilineal great-great grandfather Alfred Dyer (Duibhir or Dwyer in Gaelic), and the British rock band Dire Straits (not my favorite British Rock Band--that would be Jethro Tull--but I digress).
My signature motto is apparently that of several clans--it simply appeals to the cat-loving Leo in me. I actually don't have a cat at the moment, but I do have Della, the frighteningly intelligent, surprisingly feisty, delightfully playful, unbelievably affectionate and impressively athletic Bichon Frise who appears with me (also kilted in Royal Stewart tartan) in my avatar photo, and who actually does possess a few feline qualities.....
Best Regards,

My screen name is what I use whenever it's not already taken, because it is easy for me to remember.
My avatar is from a picture of me at the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games back in July.
My signature is my name and the office I hold in my clan association.
I've changed my avatar. It is now from a picture of me at Loch Norman Highland Games April, 2014.

My screen name derives from my heritage, mainly Norwegian Scottish and Irish.
I have neither avatar nor signature. If I ever get around to adding an avatar it will most likely involve a picture of me with a guitar. Those seem to be the only photos of me that I can tolerate.

My given name is Michael. "Mikilt" sounded enough like my name and has the word "kilt" in it. I started using it on this forum, but now I use it in several other places as well.
My avatar is just me in my awesome pith helmet. I have a small collection of iconic hats. Still need a glengarry.
My signature is just something XMarker AlanH wrote some time ago. It struck me as funny and I figure that it's a good thing to remember.

My screen name is a nod to my home state and the fact I hope to always be a lad at heart, if not in body. My avatar is a favorite tam and an old split bamboo fly rod handed down from my father, who taught me the art and love of fly fishing at a very early age. Finally, my signature is some sage advice from Mae West that I find to be more true with every year.

My screen name is a name which simply popped up in my head when joining this forum.
My avatar is the 'Nike of Samotraki' stolen by the French, who took it away from a tiny little Greek island (it is now in the Louvre museum). Its a monumental angel with beautiful wings but no head. There is some similarity in how I felt coming out kilted: joy, pleasure, proud to 'fly out freely', but uncertain (sometimes wanting to hide myself). Luckily on this latter aspect things changed a lot.
My signature is linked to the history of my country: all over history we have been invaded and occupied by 'foreign' nations. Their forces came all overland. The sea was not our enemy (on the contrary in our more recent history our liberators came from over the sea; this is something not to be forgotten!)
Hector
With your back against the sea, the enemy can come only from three sides.
