    Very interesting news. Thanks for bringing it before the rabble!

    As a general fan of the tinctures Purpure and Or, I have to say I find his arms to be quite striking.

    I agree; also the colours of my alma mater (Fontbonne University in St. Louis). Lyon's Arms also adhere to the lovely quality of Scots Heraldry in that they are quite simple and not "busy" in the slightest.
