Actually, only this morning I joined the Scottish Tartans Authority, and saw that they are now taking orders for the Kilt Passports.
The idea is to have one for each kilt. I'll not bother to have them for my casual and American (no disrespect) kilts, but I have ordered 20 Passports to cover the Scottish kilts currently in my "Kollection". 8) 8)
