Another Robertson, soon to be kilted
Hi all, Just got fitted for my first Kilt!
Ive gone for The Modern Hunting Robertson. I've requested it Pleated to the stripe, but as the Master Kiltmaker is not back till Monday there was some uncertainty they said they would phone me directly to discuss it on mondey upon the return of the kiltmaker. I'm thinking it is appropriate to have it Pleated to the red stripe, What say ye!?

Mine's ancient hunting, but pleated to the stripe, and for me with this tartan the best way to go. Which mill by the way?

Welcome aboard
From the pictures I've seen of the Robertson hunting, great choice! Be sure to show us the kilt once it arrives.

Hi all, chatted with someone from the store today who told me the Kilt maker, said she could only pleat to the white stripe obviously it can be done the other way, But I have allowed her judgement as a recognised Master (over 45 years in the trade) as best, so hopefully it looks just as swish!, ill be sure to show you all what its like
