    A Very Cold Burns Night

It's been a long while since I last posted. Starting Grad school this past September has occupied most of my time. It's also been a while since I have kilted-up. So tonight for Robbie Burns night, I am making a kilt come-back. Unfortunately, it is nearing -30 (celsius) in London, On and it's a long walk to the pub.

So I took some time today away from my Latin homework to fashion these fleece leg warmers to cover my exposed parts during the long walk. I sewed velcro in to hold them on. They're two layers of fleece with thick felt material sewn in between for extra thickness.

Enjoy your Kilt and Haggis everyone!

    Cheers!

Enjoy your evening Alan. I'm sitting here all ready to venture out to the Stratford Symphony celtic concert. Yes, I fear it will be a little nippy; but I hope to find a parking spot close. Enjoy your evening, and .... Kilt On!

Alan, well done, mate! I might try something similar. Unfortunately, here in Southern California, it's been bobbing around 80*F! Unseasonably warm!

Neat hose, btw. Glad to see you back. I start back at Uni in March.

That's a creative way to handle an annoying problem.
    Well done.
