concealed carry while kilted

Ok, I'm sure I'm not the only one on the forum with a CCL. Since I live in Texas it is usually too hot to wear a jacket so a waist holster or shoulder holster is out.
Where can I find a thigh holster, and how does one ensure it stays up without cutting off circulation? I have been looking in several shops, magazines and online and haven't seen a single thight holster offered. Any suggestions?
