Are Xbay items restricted to articles being sold in N America? All the prices seem to be oin dollars. What about kilts from Europe? Martin in France
Most I saw were actually auctions from the UK. I think the default currency is USD though.
It is based on a search of Ebay. I do believe the default is USD.
