Thomas: I'm not sure this will help, but the HOC offers a "Claret/St. Andrews Blue" Chessboard with matching garters that may be seen on page 9 of their "Country Collection" catalog at ...
http://www.houseofcheviot.com/wp-con...OCHURE-PDF.pdf
Towards the ends of this catalog, and also the "Highland Collection" catalog, are shown HOC's garters in a variety of colors including "Ancient Blue".
Assuming the STM and NHH are not able to order what you are looking for, you might try the House of Labhran. Drop Tim an email at the page ...
http://houseoflabhran.com/contact-us-2.html
Tim has special ordered items from HOC in the past, and may very well be able to help you find the items you are looking for. He is a good business man and easy to work with.

I have found the hose at STM but not able to find any red and lite blue garters to match.
I have went through each of the listed vendors on the new house highland web page.
Does HOC make a matching garter ?
Thank you for your time.
Two toned garters can be ordered through any retailer, same price as the solid garter ties. Feel free to email me if you are having trouble finding a retailer to order through.

Just pulled the trigger on some Rannoch's in brick red. Different sites' pictures give a variety of different shades on my monitor, but all show the colour somewhere between tartan red and claret. If that's the case they'll do just fine.

I love mine! I've received many compliments. You'll enjoy them, just be ready to be a little creative with some extra folds, Rannochs tend to be a bit overly long when worn as kilt hose.
