Thanks chasem.
In the last video (of the massed bands playing Amazing Grace), I can be seen above the right shoulder of the shortest piper in the line closet to the camera. There's a piper that can be seen in full, wearing a white shirt and no waistcoat. I'm behind that piper. The Louisville Pipe Band's Pipe Major decided that the band could go without our tie and waistcoat due to the heat and humidity.

I was able to grab a couple of short videos of the Louisville Pipe Band playing during the competition. And yes, Saturday was not good to be in the direct sunlight (my wife and I look like lobsters, LOL!!!). I will upload a couple of pics of you guys when I get home. And sadly (and yes, you can hit my head), I didn't check the message board to see who was going to the games, and see if anyone wanted to meet up.
Thank you EagleJCS, we hadn't heard who won the competition ... It's good to see Louisville place first! (especially being a fellow Louisvillian )

I would love to see these if you wouldn't mind posting them up somewhere - hated missing them play.

I apologize .. I thought I snapped more than one, but I guess I didn't. I did take a couple of short videos of them playing during the competition (with my digital camera so, they are not of the best quality).
Here is the one photo of the Louisville Pipe Band performing during the competition:
**EDIT**
I have uploaded one video to YouTube, and I am posting it below ... I will edit this post again later (I have to run out for a bit), and add the other video. Again, I apologize for the "not-so-good" quality ... this was recorded with a point and shoot digital camera.
**EDIT AGAIN**
And here are the other two videos (I thought I had only shot 1 short videos ... but I actually took 3).
And my two favorite tunes

That was me hot-footin' it around the circle at the beginning of the first video. The band played Highland Cathedral. I had just finished making some comments as MC (talking about what we had played on entering the circle and announcing the upcoming tunes) and had to get back around to my position in the performance arc. My spot is the traditional place for the Pipe Sergeant, across the arc from the Pipe Major, who is the piper at the far right of the screen at the beginning. She trades places with the soloist at about the 34 seconds mark.
The second video shows a mini-band playing Loch Rannoch (slow air), The Boys of Blue Hill (hornpipe), The Duck (jig) and Rocking the Baby (jig).
The last video shows the band playing Farewell to Camraw (written by PM Robert Mathieson), followed by Scotland the Brave. That's been the band's 'traditional' closing set for most of our performances, but this year, we added a little choreography and gradual additions/subtractions of pipers to add interest.

Reason: edited to add comments following macneighill's update

I would love to go to these games some time. My g-g-g-g-grandfather was one of the original settlers of Barren Co, KY. I figure it'd give me the perfect excuse to visit the area.

Would those of you that took photos or video mind sharing them with the band? Apparently most of our band members were too busy (or too forgetful) to take pictures or even bring a camera!
Please contact our webmistress through our website - www.louisvillepipeband.org.
Many thanks!
