Perhaps if one is on a formal, kilted deer hunt (that would be a formal, kilted hunter, not a formal, kilted deer... which would be quite a sight I'm sure) in the eastern woodlands of the US where a person is required to wear blaze orange for safety reasons.

How about if one is working on the highway repair team and is the stop/slow sign flipper, and has to go to a formal kilt night directly after work?
