the flasher argument concerning long coats has its truth. on the other hand on those really cold windy days, where this style would only worn by me, i have it either closed on the street and leave it in the rooms. for normal winter not so windy days i prefer naturally also a pleat height jacket.
but the short coat can t get the cold of the wind out of kilt, unspoken of permanent back flashing.
even better looking like a flasher then being an unvoluntary flasher ;)
