Ushant tartan

Can anyone tell me about this tartan, named Ushant. I ran across it on-line a while back. Did some research, but found no information about it.

Ushant is a French island in the English Channel. Is there a Celtic connection there?

Neither the Tartan Registry or Tartan Authority list it.

Thanks, Carlo. I'd looked for Ushant and Ouessant, but never would have thought to look for Eusa as a tartan name. It has an interesting story behind it. I searched tartan-related sites but didn't go farther, so I hadn't seen the piece at your link. Cool!
