The New Hampshire Highland Games are fast approaching (Sept 19-21, 2014) in Lincoln NH. Any interest in another meet up?? In the past, we have gathered at the Clan Buchanan tent, 'hosted' by CTBuchanan.

I'll be there of course (Lord willing). I'm open to a meet up at any location, but will make our Clan tent available again if desired. I've enjoyed seeing many of the rabble at various other events throughout New England, but this is the 'big one' as we all know. And if anyone wants to join us at our potluck dinner Saturday night, it's a good group, entertainment, food and the price is right (free). All are welcome just send me a PM.

How exciting! I'm scheduled to be there this year. I was to attend last year, but a new job prevented me from going. There will be a small group of dancers and their families attending and we're all squeezing into a condo just at the ski hill.

I'm competing both Saturday (Highlands) and Sunday (Nationals) mornings. I have no idea how long the comps last, but I feel confident that I should be free by 12:30pm on both days. Will have to try to stay in my kilt or National dress for the meet up photos.

Clan Buchanan will be easy to find. I just hope I can get there in the excitement. I will be with a band and competing solo. Dix: will be great to meet you finally. I actually got thinking I would go to NS this year but it looks doubtful.

As always I'm looking forward to the NH Games. My family and I will be there all weekend.

Our group had a bit of a hiccup this week. The condo we had rented just outside the grounds turned out to be double-booked, with our group ending up on the losing part of the double.

With everything now booked up around the games, we've found a spot about 30min away. Definitely cheaper, but less convenient. Happily though, we're still going!
