Help in identifying the Coat of Arms on this Sporran?
After 11 attempts to register here under different names, we now have enough evidence to confirm that this is again Steven Aikens of Jasper AL. This time using an IP proxy in an attempt to hide his real location.

No idea about the crest, however Ian Grant is a superb engraver. Not sure whether he still does but he used to do some of the hand engraving for Hamilton and Inches in Edinburgh.
He engraved the silver mounts on one of my sets of pipes in the mid 1970s, incorporating my initial into the design. I'm useless at taking photos but here's the chanter sole:-

At any rate, if nobody knows the answer on here, why don;t you write and ask Ian Grant? His contact details are on his website:-

Ron's right; I have a beautiful little pin from Ian Grant which I cherish.

I'm sure you have looked at it for a signature? It's a shame if you have not found one. Why would someone create something so beautiful and not sign it? I hope you find out. and I will be interested at the answer. It is a fabulous find. Puerto Rico, who knew?

Yes, that was the original question, wasn't it. I got lost in the artwork. It would be nice to know, tho.
I love a good mystery.

While I quite like the work that has gone into this sporran, the small size of the shield demonstrates that it is not the best place to display one. A crest would have worked much better.
