I have read every post here in this thread thoughtfully and I come away with a couple thoughts.
1.) I want you to wear the kilt for the proper exposure of kilt wearing. ie promotion.
2.) I want your promotinal wearing of the kilt to be a "positive " experience not only for you, but for those who are watching the games and those participating.
Those watching on the sidelines are more likely to get a view they should'nt then those playing as they won't be as involved in the game.
Wear the kilt yes. but undergarments in a dark color are in order here. Boxer shorts are a good choice I think as they will still give an "airy" feel and freedom of movement.
We want to draw more men to wearing kilts, not cause them to distance themselves from them. and a wife at the event seeing you become imodest That could be a major setback for any man there that is considering it for the first time.
We must not insist on our "Rights" all the time. First consider others and the impact we will have on the whole notion of men in kilts.
