Finally, some pics of Bethany, and the other athletes, and Alan, who looked pretty impressive on the sheaf toss, but not sure how that ended, as we went off to watch the pipe bands.

Great set of photos. The 13 to 18 yr. olds didn't get their texts in time, is my bet for their absence.

My 13 year old came with me and had a good time, but not many other teens were seen except in the pipe bands. Coincidentally, a classmate of my daughter is a drummer and her band was there, so that was a fun surprise. The classmate's sister is a piper and she ended up winning the solo grade 3 piping competition.
