I have and would again at anytime. My instruction in kilt making was so good (Steve, Barb) that the kilts fit as they should, and unless I need no pockets, wear one so I don't have to carry my stuff. Thus, I see very little purpose, other than ceremonial, for a horsehair with no pouch. Would wear that if I could get away with it. Horsehair is cool for some occasions, but not for going to the store.
