In the lexicon of kilt wearers, it sounds more like the barearsed effect

I suppose that depends on your backside!
    Are you concerned about it?

    David,

If it is by accident I see no problem with it. And if it is just put it behind you

Don't have Esquire after my name, but know here in Arizona the State Supreme Court decided in a test case that exposure of buttocks under the state statutes did not constitute "indecent exposure."

Case was about a skit done on a Grand Canyon trip that ended with the cast mooning the audience...a couple of the moonies were offended and filed charges.

Good news for thong wearing ladies and kilted gents victim to the wind....at least in Arizona...

JohnAllen, I'm often asked why I have so many kilts. Well, your post is the answer. There are a few factors into deciding which kilt I'm going to wear. One is the temperature. Two is the wind conditions. Three is the occasion.

Certain kilts and materials are better in the cold and in the heat. Others are constructed to heavily and tighly that they laugh at the wind. There are also formal and casuals in all the weights.

Tartans and solids are almost secondary when I'm deciding which kilt to sport for the day.

As for your experience at the parking lot... kind of exhilarating ain't it?!

Yesterday we were at Shopko and it was a really windy day. While I was loading stuff in the car several women stopped and watched. As I was getting in the car one of em said "Oh damn". Wonder what they were watching for.
