I don't want to jump into Rocky's area BUT from my experience the Tradational Rocky has does have a good feel. It does have that good 'swing' to the kilt as you walk. And looks, especially with the 3 traditional buckles, like a traditional wool kilt but NOT priced like one. But, what I like is if you spill something on it...into the washer and hang dry! I currently have 1 with the 2nd scheduled for order next month (BONUS CHECK!!!!)
The Philabeg's is also a good deal. I have 5 with a 6th on the way. If you want a good 'kick around' kilt this is want I'd go for. Good price, easy care and a good look.
I have some shots of mine in my gallery. The Clark/Clergy is the traditional Rocky has and the others are philabeg's.
Just thought I'd jump in...Richard-
