Does anyone else find themselves doing this?

    Hello everyone,

I tend to wear kilts almost all the time, but on those few occasions I do wear trousers I find myself, when sitting down, sweeping the pleats...that are not there. I do not even notice I am doing this until my hands touch fabric that doesn't move like I am expecting it to. After many years I guess it's just become a habit.

I am not sure if this minor thing has been brought up before, but I am curious if anyone else does this as well?

I do find the way I get in a car is defiantly changed. But just sitting I haven't really noticed. I guess since I only wear a kilt when I not working I'm still use to pants.

I do it all the time. Fortunately, no one notices, I think.

No, I don't do that, but I have forgotten to zip up my pants after wearing the kilt all summer long.

No, I haven't tried to do that, but did find on a couple of occasions last week, when I went out in the evening in deep fresh snow and had to wear jeans because my snow boots and kilt do not go together well, how uncomfortable I was seated and could barely wait to get back into my kilt in the apartment.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

    Jetstar,

I think I am just getting senile. I do not get to wear kilts all that regularly, but I still find myself forgetting to zip my pants. Getting old is not for wimps. LOL
