Thanks guys, good info to think on. I could see changing with the season being odd if you have a clan association. That makes lots of sense.
I do change trouser colors with the seasons much like the US millitary. Navy blue in the fall and winter, khaki and green in the spring and summer. I have to wear black at work so I don't wear it in my off time.
I don't have that many kilts at this point and I chose black watch because it goes with lots of shirts. This season it will be a change of material more than a change of color. PV and cotton vs. acrylic. The shirt colors may change as I've decided to try the tan tactical/outdoor shirts I've seen recommended on the forum.
Incidentally, pics are coming so you guys can put a face with a name.
