All these plaids and kilts and jackets that Prince Charlie left at various places strike me like the slivers of wood of The True Cross which if gathered together would make a forest, or the "George Washington Slept Here" places which would have required him to sleep in a number of beds in different towns every day of his life.
How many Prince Charles relics are there? How many outfits of clothes would he had to have gone through?
I could be wrong, but as I recall in my trips around Scotland every museum and castle had something like that.
