    How did this happen?

I have more kilt jackets than kilts. I just took on a DIY project to make myself a jacket and vest. It's not going particularly well, but that is beside the point.

I have 5 kilts and counting the one I am making, I (will) have 6 jackets. I didn't see this coming. Three of the jackets are conversions that I have done, two are store-bought and the 6th I am making.

This must mean I need more kilts.

I am happy to send you 30 or more of the extra ties I have to compliment your jackets. There may be some clash with your kilts so you'll have to increase that collection to coordinate. And on, and on it goes.

Ah Heck... I have more jackets than kilts too, although I am a bit of a one kilt man (oddly though I am kilt rich and have more than one). That said, I am a fan of many jackets to change the look of my kilt. I am also not an everyday kilted man.

Four kilts and only one jacket. I think I need to go shopping for more jackets.

Impeccable logic. If my arithmetic is correct, you need one more kilt, ... at least.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Kilting is addictive...and so is everything else that goes along with the kilt. Pay attention to your budget and then you can enjoy!

In all things balance. Don't go over to the dark side. Maybe equal numbers of kilts and jackets? Hmmmm.

That's normal, seems to me, because you can wear the same kilt for everything, but it's nice to have a variety of jackets for different events, especially if you're a piper.

I have a two tweed Argylls, two black Argylls, a Prince Charlie, a couple military doublets, a Patrol Dress tunic (seen in my avatar), a khaki Service Dress tunic, and I recently got a WWII style Battledress jacket.

Wow... do I really have ten jackets? Guess so!
