So, this morning in meeting with an engineer who is starting a study on a condo unit where I worked came to my office after the group meeting. He asked is that tartan Irish or Scottish. Neither, I replied its the tartan of an online community of kilt wears called XMarkstheScot.com. He then tells me that his Grandmother was born in Scotland and he has visited there. A good encounter!

I decided to try out my new boots at work today with a new pair of hose as well! Meanwhile, I had even more students in kilts than before, thanks to a fellow Xmarker that sent some free kilts for the lads!!

I wore my Mackenzie Modern with burgundy company polo shirt and new charcoal gray piper hose. The company owner loves kilted Fridays. This morning she said "You look real sharp today!"

Have just returned from a (kilted) week in Scotland.
Friday afternoon was spent at Glasgow's Riverside Museum. Here's a pic. of myself with an old friend from yesteryear.

Left-click for a couple of shots taken earlier in the week, i.e. New Lanark, and myself at the Falls of Clyde.
(This is my first attempt at using Photobucket, so I hope the link works!)
