Well, all you who went to Tartan Day South I hope you had a good time. For those who went to these first Cape Fear games, Good On Ye! They had at least 3,500 paying attendees. Pretty good for a first games. And the Wilmington Pipe and Drums did a great job. Hopefully those who worked so hard to put this venue on will be encouraged enough to do it again next year. Hopefully next year there will be more clan tents, more vendors and more bagpipes. At the COSCA/STA booth the two of us were BUSY all day answering questions. I was never able to leave the tent for 8 straight hours for the constant stream of people who were enchanted and wanted a Scottish connection. Every single time I turned around to watch the athletics for a few seconds, I'd turn back around and there would be 2 or 3 more people to talk with. If we do not support newer and smaller games..., well, I think it is a shame if we don't make the effort.
