Contemporary I suppose (it's got pocketses, shhh), but it could certainly pass for casual-traditional. Replace the kilt, kilt belt, sporran, hose & flashes with jeans, belt and crew socks and that's is how I dress everyday for work.
Contemporary I'm sure. Replace the kilt with cargo shorts and that's my other knockabout/casual get-up.
