    Hi Al.G.

Thank you for that. Unfortunately I have never heard of this show but it seems, from what some of The Brethren are saying, that it's yet another violence-based programme. In which case, it's definitely not for me! There is too much of that in real life without promoting it also on TV!

The T-shirt looks handsome, but I don't think I'll order one as I seem to have reached an age when I very seldom wear T-shirts, especially those bearing text! I have a drawer full of them - mostly unworn!

I have T-shirts emblazonned with TFCK and Utilikilts logos which I thought I would wear with the appropriate kilts during the summer, but either I have gone off the idea - or our summer weather this year was not T-shirt weather!!

Consider this good news or bad news, I have never seen the show! Heard both good and bad about it, so cannot tell you how I feel.

The shirt I do like, but I somewhat feel like Graham. On cold days I do wear a T-shirt under a regular shirt for the warmth factor, so the message would be known only to me

I don't think the tv show "The Sopranos" promotes the gangster lifestyle.

There is violence, but it's rather stark and unvarnished, not glamorized (with bullets flying and bodies falling in slow motion like in so many movies these days) and I find myself cursing rather than cheering the gangsters' brutality.

I think that it shows how Tony Soprano is an psychological and emotional train wreck because of it.

It shows how Tony's family is corrupted by their contact with gangsters, and how it destroys his children's relationships with their friends.

It shows how people (like Tony's psychiatrist) can get sucked in by the glamour of the gangster lifestyle and end up being chewed up and ultimately destroyed by even peripheral contact with that lifestyle.

The show depicts Tony Soprano as a walking disease that infects and ruins every good thing he touches.

I wish all the kids who aspire to the gangster lifestyle would watch a season or two of "The Sopranos" and decide if they really want to descend that deeply into Hell.

I don't need TV to see that show.

My family has a bunch of Sicilians. My Grandfather's name was Frank Antony Toney. He's dead now. We called him FAT Sr.

These people are the most violent, hateful, racist, biggoted, ignorant, small minded bunch you ever did see.

Watching shows like the Sopranos hits to close to home and causes me to think of to many uncomfortable memories.

And for all those kids thinking about the La Casa Nostra, don't bother. It's a hell you can't fathom.

A hell that I am slowly trying to rebuild my life from after being born into it.

Feeling better, thanks for time to vent, lots of anger to get out as of late. I now return you to your regular forum program.
