All the spelling variations are just attempts to represent the Gaelic "Mac an Ṭisich" (son of the chief) from a time when spelling was fairly arbitrary. Since the Gaelic pronunciation has not changed, all the various orthographic transcriptions would have the same "anglicised" pronunciation nowadays.
