sporran straps?
I'm going to start wearing my new USAK to work at least once a week, and I'm worried about the wear and tear that the chain on the USAK "Rob Roy" day sporran will apply to the kilt. Also I don't think that the wrap-around chain works well for bigger guys like me. I'm thinking that it would probably be better to use a shorter strap(s) against the front belt loops.
Does anyone have some good sources for inexpensive sporran straps/chains that are made to use the front belt loops? Eventually I'll figure out how to work with leather and make something nice of my own, but in the meantime I'd like to just buy something premade. Something that uses easy clips would be ideal.

Cool thanks. I was impatient. I ended up googling and found that Craigie sells sporran slings that hang off the kilt belt and don't cause any friction on the kilt or pooching.

Mind sharing the link? I've been looking for just such a beasty, and my google-fu must be weak.
