Not certain what all the fuss is about, it is after all their property and the management may, for whatever reason, determine what dress is acceptable. I cannot fathom why anyone would wear a kilt to an amusement park in the first place but we are all aware of dress codes and if one is not inclined to comply they are more than free to spend their monies where they feel more warmly welcomed.
He seems better suited to the renfair interpretation of Scottish culture...perhaps he may wish to throw a coat of blue paint on his face for true farcicle accuracy before his next monosybolic rant!
