Gulf Of Mexico Block KC 770

24 hour run from Port Fourchon to the rig Discoverer India with a full deck load. 48 hours of 30-45 knot winds out of the NNE has brought crisp temps and 15'-18' seas. Should start to gradually calm through Sunday and Monday, to stay around 10'.

No problem holding position in this weather, but my crew would need snorkels to hook up the deck cargo.

Sure hope we can get this cargo off by Tuesday early morning- the magical time called Crew Change is Wednesday!

We're not 50 miles out at sea, Bill!
But there was a good deal of flooding around the Northeast - my father-in-law and fellow residents of a sheltered housing complex down in Aberdeen had to leave and will not get back for some days yet.
