Wild Mountain Thyme
Not a 100% love song, but beautiful nevertheless. I'm particularly fond of this version by Damh the Bard:

Interestingly, the first rendition of "Wild Mountain Thyme" heard, was geological eons ago, by an American folk-rock band, the Byrds.
Needless to say, no bagpipes, but a good sound with nice harmonies. Roger McGuinn's Rickenbacker 360-12 (or maybe by that time, 370-12) electric 12-string guitar through a Fender Dual Showman amplifier provided the "drone" and "jangly" signature sound.
