I have the pics I post on Xmarks on Flickr. It automatically generates BB Code that I copy and paste into a post. I used to use Photobucket, but it seems they are not compatible with Windows 10.

First try using the "Insert Image" icon, 6th from the right in the second row of icons that appear when you are writing a post. If that does not work, try making the image smaller using webresizer or Irfanview. There does appear to be a problem with Photobucket, Imageshack is an alternative; all are free.
