Just my two bits worth.
Right, well I would be not disinclined. But I was when I was offered as 1A goods kilt unpacked very disappointed.
At the kilt a buckle was almost entirely demolished, several seams must be sewed along.
The straps look like they have located in the water, are hard and worn, etc.
The other kilt is not to be used before him not Irons. With unhook there is nothing and that has very surprised.
I have a few creases in my woolen kilt I hang it in the shower or a night out and is good.
Here the folds have to be addressed, stitched and ironed and at a 1A Kilt?
OK. I am perhaps a little too sensitive, finally, it is a used Kilt.
But I do not understand how a company product called 1A and then the client sends something like that.
No label, no precise indication, no response to demand for the material, first at least not.
Phew, all here have helped me a lot with advice and calculations thanks.
Unfortunately, a buy in USA or Canada is associated with very high tariff or I would certainly use the services of Kitmacher present here to complete.
The more I thank you for the each of you his knowledge provides.
