When I was in the army, they tought us a neet trick for breaking in boots quickly. So here is some jenuine military knolage. Not to be confused with Military Intelagence. Put on your new boots with some good tall (Wool) socks. the wool draws the moisture up and out of the boot. Then fill the boots with water. for us they filled a trash can with water and then we steped in. now that your boots are full of water, walk around for an hour or so the "squish" will stop as the leather absorbes the water. weting the lether letts it stretch to conform to your foot. Then take the boots off and let them dry for a couple of days. After that, threat the lether with some good leather oil. I like "Wilsons" brand. If you do this your new boots will be broken in very quickly. No more sore feet. and your boots will be form fitted to your foot.
