I'm still new at the kilted thing myself, and don't personally own a jacket that works with my kilts, but I'll throw my 2 cents in. The first jacket looks to be the best fit, though as noted it could use some adjustment for a kilt. The second seems to be both way too big in the body and also a bit short in the arms, though you might be able to take in the body and make it work. The third is too small overall - far too short in the sleeves and too small around the shoulders. The fourth is a little short in the arms, but not terribly, and I love the look of it. I think that one is my favorite.
On a related note, I think I must now stop by some thrift stores on my way home today and look for tweed jackets. Thanks for that.
