It was a bit of a freak storm. Some parts of the county got as much as 2inches.

I just purchased my first kilt last month. I saw your post and remembered a lovely cashmere sweater in the back of my closet. I hope mine looks as sharp as yours!

Wow you got the Jock Stamp Of Approval (JSOP) !! It's not an easy thing to get.

    That outfit looks great.

BTW are you going to be at the Games this weekend?

Oh, and I had to click on the thread to find out whether it was going to be about South Dakota, or San Diego.

Or San Dimas. Or South Daytona. Or Sainte Damase, Denis, or Dominique.

    Praise from Caesar indeed!

I will be at the vista games on Saturday around midday to afternoon.

Good point on the abbreviation. I take for granted that not everyone here is from America let alone Southern California. ;)

We can run into trouble with stuff like that.

We have a good local SoCal band, Kevin Blandford Memorial, who when they went to Scotland were listed as being from Canada. Why? Their bass drum said "Redlands CA". They soon stuck a big US flag sticker on that drum!

We have a pipe band here, the Los Angeles Scots, who when they shorten it to "LA Scots" share the name of a group in Louisiana.

And there's an Ontario in Canada, and one in California... and on it goes.
