(Yes if you're outwith Australia the shipping will be expensive, and you can't bring sealskin into the USA. But still it's well under $100US for a great sporran if you live in a sealskin-tolerant country.)

There are other 'clues' as well as the fastening - the darts in the apron, the amount of flare making it quite / \ in shape rather than the lower part being l l and only the fell shaped. It is a skirt.
